Do I REALLY need to buy all this just for a small bit?

On the photo below, the section I need to replace is circled in black. But it looks like I need to buy the whole assembly that is in the photo.

The bit I want to replace is just normal hose. 1 end is clamped with a normal compression clamp that I can take off, but the bit circled in red is one of those weird clamps that has no clasp to undo.

Any good ideas?
