I’ve just done mine and Esure was the cheapest by quite some way and comparable to last years premium from admiral. Admiral’s renewal price was ridiculous. |

Today I've reluctantly upped my excess to £1000, and reduced my annual mileage to 6000 miles, just to keep it the same as 15th Jan last year, have been with NFU a long time, but still my Fully comprehensive premium is £600. This is with 10 years or more NCB, parked in garage, no points, no accidents and spouse named as a driver, oh and social/pleasure use only !

I’d be interested to know if ins companies are loading all JLR products due to keyless theft of a few models? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

That's emphatically what NFU told me, its incredulous tactics to say the least, bordering on fraud ! |

It’s not just keyless theft, though (even if loading premiums for the cars not being stolen as much is pretty unethical). |

We as a species need to take part of the blame by getting lazy - remote on the fob, putting a key in the ignition & turning it was not exactly strenuous, then we had keyless start now keyless entry FPS. |

Drivers need to be very carefull about declaring less miles - annual milage is in the public domain vai MOT's. |
