Hi all, on a 405, what influences the speed of the auto wipe mode other than the dial on the right stalk? I find mine goes to the rapid wipe speed for almost all rain conditions , even very light, regardless of the stalk setting. It stops or slows when the vehicle comes to a halt.

I seem to remember my 322 doing the same!!

I’ve run the calibration routine on the forward vision thingy via IIDTool but made no difference.

The rain sensor on the windshield combined with where you place the stalk dial. Sometimes in light rain or mist my wipers run quickly. The system is not perfect. Dan. 🇨🇦 2013 L405 5.0 SCV8
