Help needed 2019 or 2020 Meridian 825w owners

Hoping for a quick favor. Need someone with a 2019 or 2020 with the Meridian 825 watt stereo and in touch update S22a installed. My stereo used to sound phenomenal but after having the dealer update some modules it sounds horrible. Trying to see if the 22a update caused the problem or something else. With your stereo on at a decent volume, move the subwoofer level up and down. Does the bass level increase/decrease out of just the subwoofer or does it add and remove bass from all speakers? It's pretty easy to tell if it's all because the front speakers will sound overloaded with the subwoofer level all the way up

Sorry for the late reply, I tried moving the subwoofer slider and it definitely acts only or mostly on the sub, the rest of the speakers sound normal...

Thanks! Do you know what software version you are on?

It’s the latest, S22A. I don’t think there should be any change in the sound with these updates. In any case, there is nothing mentioned about that in the notes.
