Despite a 'dodgy' service reputation, have to say that the used sales experience was excellent - thanks mainly to the sales guy - Kevin! Great car, great value and nothing too much of a problem for them, took onboard all of my comments (i'm afraid the perfectionist in me raised its ugly head) and sorted them at no cost and without issue even though they would've made a significant dent in their profit margin. Even entertained my 2yr old son while checking out the car and finalising the deal!

Will have to wait and see if the service dept lives up (down?) to reputation, but as the wife is the accountant for Stratstone Jag up here, its not the end of the world if they do!

As i said, USED SALES experience was good. I said nothing about service dept!!! That review will follow further down the line (hopefully at least 12 months down the line.....)

Do not take it back there for servicing.... I've got two work colleagues who had awful experiences 
