Thanks Haylands. Its hard to say from the drawing if the turret cup is included in this repair panel but yes it does appear to be correct looking at the car. The "turret cup" appears to be a relatively small piece spot welded on to this panel. I was hoping it would be available seperately.

Apologies for the slow update but things have started to spiral. Im chasing rust at the moment and dont know where to stop. Still not sure what to do about the subframe mounting points so Im putting off the decision by tackling rust elsewhere and removing everything that gets in my way. The bumper bar/tow bar is next to come off.

I wish I could offer more inspiration but genuinely, saving your RR from its grave is something very few if anyone could do so the sense of achievement when you get it through its test would be special. Also you will have a car with a solid foundation for years to come.
