Sometimes my near side headlamp won’t got to main beam. The shutter sticks and it stays effectively on dip. If it happens to do this when being MOTD will it be an advisory or a fail and is there something I can do/check - as I say it sticks on dip so even when it does happen I don’t dazzle anyone. But I suspect that for an MOT it has to work properly.” Geoff
