Gents have a strange droning noise but only above about 70 mph (abroad of course you all know I never speed ) and the noise is not the wife. It comes in stays constant and isn't affected by engine revs or gear selected purely speed

Sandy, I have the same. It may be the front pax A-pillar plastic cover. mine had 2 broken tabs. At 70 mph would start droning. replaced tabs. all good. |

I had similar on my TD6 and i can’t remember if it was the plastic scuttle that goes round the wipers under the windscreen - I put tape between it and the glass to prove… or whether the tabs holding the pollen filter in under the bonnet weren’t right… both vibrated at speed.

All sorted when the airbox was refitted one of the washers was left off on the bolts that hold it to the bulk head so it pulled through and was flapping on the nearside new bolts washers and nuts all round and good as gold
