PDC has stopped working and I think I have traced it to one of the front sensors that is not 'clicking'

Please can someone confirm the part number for the sensor and the sensor holder for one of the front inner sensors on a 2006 model year (facelift)

I am presuming that the sensors come in primer and need painted ?

Going to try and order one tomorrow and fit it as we are heading off on holiday with the FFRR
