Ambient Door LED harness part number & compatibility

I'm interested whether the Autobiography LED harness for the front (and second row) doors could be plug & play installed to a 2012 Supercharged? I'd like to add a little extra ambient lighting coming from inside the door cards...

And if so, what're the part numbers? 2012 Supercharged L322

I'm not sure where the lighting is on the door card of the Autobiography, however when I had the door cards off on my 2011, there are no looms or multiplugs hooked in the doors for them.

Other suggestion: I put ambient lighting in my footwells to match how the L405 and L494 do it. That was a straightforward job and took about an hour. They come on when the side lights come on and stay off in daylight. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8
