Mine 2007 Vogue did similar things awhile ago it turned out to be the air tank under the sill. It was rusty and leaking so couldn't keep enough pressure in. However before I realised that I changed the air compressor because it had failed due to running constantly. The tanks changed from aluminium when BMW were in charge to mild steel when Ford took over. Borrowed Grey 2002 3d 204k for a year

As it’s saying close door…. It thinks a door is open so locks out suspension movement. I get the tank could be an issue, as mentioned above, but why would that make it think a door was open?

I'm with MJ on this! The car thinks a door is open, ergo it won't raise/lower. Simples....ish! Just need to find out which door is causing the issue and rectify it. |
