2012 Westminster.

I had a new windscreen fitted by National Windscreens a few weeks ago. I left it a few weeks to settle, but there is a very annoying plastic creaking noise coming from the front passenger side. It sounds like hard plastic rubbing on hard plastic. I have checked all the trim and it seems to be tight. I took it back to the local branch (Canterbury) and the chap there was very sympathetic. He secured some cables under the A pillar trim which has made no difference. He has offered to put a new screen in but he says the existing one looks fine.
Has anyone any ideas before I go back there?
NB the noise is not loud but very annoying!
