2017 Range Rover SVAutobiography 5.0 SC V8 Waitomo Grey

[Sold] 4x Black 22" style 5004 wheels

These wheels now available after a very short tenure with me while my original style 5014 wheels were refurb'd.

This is how they look with an SVO Premium Pallete Grey car.

The wheels are in fair condition - straight, no cracks, nicely balanced - but they have been curbed so there is cosmetic damage. Its surprisingly well disguised with a bit of black paint - so look fine from a few feet away! I'd suggest ideal for temps (as I have done) or as a basis for winters - just need appropriate tyres. But if you want them for eye candy then they'll need a refurb.

Tyres are 275 40 22s Skyfire SK822s which appears to be a cheap summer tyre. Tread is ~3mm above the wear bars. Legal and feel fine on the car but clearly not the best!

The Verde silents are certainly good Craig...but IMO not as silent as the name suggests! Although I do now hear a vibration from the dash area at high speed that I didn't hear before so there is clearly a difference. Mike - MPx

As you can see from my separate post I have just had an issue with ContiSilents shedding their acoustic foam inside the rim and causing a vibration issue.

Do think the "silent" tyres are better for road noise though and will pay a few extra quid for them when changing 2016 (L405) Autobiography in Black with Ivory - for ULEZ

2011 (L322) VSE in Black with Ivory
2005 (3.2 V6) Porsche Cayenne in Black with Savanna

Yeah, saw that - interesting - although Conti not Pirelli. You said 2018 dated. With my milage and driving style I'd hope to get maybe 3 years out of a set, so hopefully a short enough period that they stay attached. At what age would you say the trouble started on yours?? Mike - MPx

No probs Mike, really nice to meet you. Got them fitted to the car today and my overfinch ones are now with the alloy repair and refurbish guys.

They don't look too bad on mine, they will do until mine are sorted.

Thanks Mike. Nice steady drive home thanks, well back to Bristol to sleep in truck lol. Must admit, those wheels have transformed the handling of the car. Not had a problem with them tyres even though I've never heard of them. My old tyres were completely shot. I didn't realise when I had them fitted that they wasn't XL hence why they didn't last long.
