Favourite app store app? Cool apps?

For anyone on the forum with an iPod, iPhone, iPad, or whatever, what's you're favourite app from the app store?

Are there any apps you totally love? Ones you use all day?

(this applies to other phones that have their own version of the app store)

I personally like and frequently use the 'maps' app already installed on the iPhone, very helpful.
Angry birds is classic.
Anyone heard of TinyTower - pretty addictive.

Photoshop mobile has basic editing options so is pretty cool for on-the-go quick editing.

Iphone:

Kayak for travel info and booking cheap flights
BA & lufthansa apps for travel
iTranslate
Sky
Evernote
Facebook
Linkedin
eBay
Angry birds
Lego Harry potter - excellent game and worth the money
And too many more to list

On the ipad I have much of the same but can also add more games for the kids
Numbers for work purposes
BBC iplayer
4od
Etc etc
Mainly use the ipad for Internet, working with whilst travelling and storing RAW images from my DSLR when travelling. Better to review pictures on the bigger screen and also have a back up copy

resurrecting forgotten thread, post your favourites.

i'm sometimes totally amazed at the modern phone app', and very often behind what people use everyday, so if people list say 3 apps and a breif description, then, maybe we can start using something that we never even new existed..

my three would be
1bus times, before you go outside, check when the next bus is due, and arrive, at bus stop, one minute before, and tell the people waiting that you even know it's registration number, -i use it in London, and its fantastic!
2 spotify great freee music free app. choose a music genre, and choose any album or artist an listen to any album, click 'like' on songs, to build a suggested upcoming selections etc, or choose radio mode fro more general listening, -not actual commercial stations, just selections, -a few ads here and there, but so wide ranging and easy to use, and free! (on wfi-fi)
3 bt wifi app i use wifi when i can, so find myself a bt wifi hotspot , click it, then use wifi app to log me in. simples! and fast.

favourite free game is of course 8 ball pool how good is that game!
