I literally haven’t a clue how you even manage that, only thing I can think of is that they’ve used the sump plug for the turbo drain and not realised there’s still 4L left in the sump and filled it back up and not checked the level. Just hope no damage has been done, doesn’t sound or seem like it so hopefully caught it. Great example as to not trust other garages and do the work yourself then you know it’s done properly.
