Anyone experienced fluid running out the wheel arch when trying to top the washer fluid up? I couldn’t get it to fill to the brim it just flows out the wheel arch No idea how full it is and I’d swear I brimmed it without issue last time I filled it. MY23 PHEV HSE

If you are pouring the water in and it's coming out of the wheel arch then the piping / reservoir / pump is leaking somewhere, as the car is so new take it back to the dealer and tell them to fix it.
All the parts for this system are most likely to be found under the wheel arch liner

We’re away on holiday it’s going back to dealers soon to finish fixing 11 outstanding issues. This will be added to the list. There’s a cover above the headlight looks simple to remove I may have a peek tomorrow to see if it’s something daft. MY23 PHEV HSE
