I wrapped a bit of insulation tape around the peg Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

I put self-adhesive felt furniture pads (the ones that go on the feet of chairs) under the rear corners of the cover. That stopped the noise. Ron B. VK2OTC
