HEVAC long delay before coming on...

Hoping to get a bit of help with a HEVAC issue on my 2012 Westminster.

Over the last few days, on first start up of the car, the HEVAC isn't coming on. I hear no fan and when on Auto there is just a slight airflow through the vents which is just the air pushing through as car moves along. I switch to manual and turn dial, lights all illuminate OK but zero blow. Similarly I push Max AC button and all lights come on but no blow.

Then after an hour of driving yesterday blower comes on and all works fine. Today an hour and half and all come on working fine. I can turn car off and leave and return and it works, but leave for longer period and it will come on after long delay as described.

I replaced FSR (with genuine part) a few weeks ago, as I had no HEVAC at that time, and all was working fine for a couple of weeks. I suspect this is not the FSR. At least I think not.

Can anyone kindly solve this riddle!

Thanks Paul

Blower motor?
I dont remember exactly, but there was some limited acess to blower from somewhere (was it though cabin air intake under glove box (LHD)? If you got acess, then just try to "help" to start up the blower. If it start spinning after that, then its blower motor fault for sure.
But yeah, first you need to find acess to motor. I really dont remember from where it was possible, but possible for sure. Or was it through air intake when cabin filter box removed? Dont remember.
I had several cars with similar issue, I just kick the dashboard and blower start spinning after that. Reason was poor electrical contact with stator. Of course I dont recommend it with LR.
