Gents I am doing the wheel arches so decided to overhaul rear suspension and do hub bushes and arms as well ass wheel bearings and thought I have never replaced the rear bags on the suspension in the 10 years I have owned it. Thinking I might just do them (on well over 200k ) Thoughts? |

I would think, all the suspension components will show wear after 200k... |

To be fair Craig I replaced all the bushes including subframe at about 120k also the front bags and shocks and rear shocks wheel bearings and arms regularly its just the rear bags which I never replaced they look ok and no leaks but I am a preventative maintenance man as opposed to wait till it breaks so will just replace them

I put Bilstein from Island 4x4 on mine and have had no issues with them.

Thanks David I think it is because the 3.6 of that era used a different shock and bag and they are too small for the diesel not sure but think that is it |
