Took my L405 in today to my local TS.
Prebooked and arrived just before opening at 08:30am.
Handed over car and within a few minutes it was whisked away into the workshop, and while I watched TV in the spacious waiting room, I could see on another screen the technician logging my vehicle information into the system, then performing the various checks, so cool to see it all happening in front of me, and very reassuring. I had been quoted £90 over the phone, but in fact all parameters were found to be within tolerance, so when the technician arrived with my keys some 30 mins later, he said “All OK, no charge, sir”. 
All very efficient, friendly & polite, how it should be done, very impressed and recommend this facility.
