5.0 Coolant Temperature Sensor Location - How to Access?

Does anyone have any photos of the coolant temperature sensor on the 5.0L, and know if it can be accessed from above or whether below is best to access? And can it be removed from the lower hose to the radiator without removing the hose?

I've got the 'signal high' message, so want to test it with a multimeter and see if it's kaput.

The part number appears to be 4346360/LR041442. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8
