I’ve also wrapped tape around the pegs, albeit I used Tesa fabric electrical tape, the type used to wrap harnesses - works well  Jonathan

I put self-adhesive felt furniture pads (the ones that go on the feet of chairs) under the rear corners of the cover. That stopped the noise. Ron B. VK2OTC
