Squeaky rear Load Cover

Mine squeaks - anyone had this problem and is there an easy fix, used the search but couldn't find anything relevant. Geoff

I wrapped a bit of insulation tape around the peg Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"
2025MY Defender D350 90 in Silicon Silver on coils
1974 Series 3 Lightweight = "Millie"
Many, many other Landies over the years

I’ve also wrapped tape around the pegs, albeit I used Tesa fabric electrical tape, the type used to wrap harnesses - works well Thumbs Up Jonathan

I put self-adhesive felt furniture pads (the ones that go on the feet of chairs) under the rear corners of the cover. That stopped the noise. Ron B. VK2OTC
