3.6TDV8 low idle and dont accelerate

Dear all,
I have my lovely L322 year 2007 3.6tdv8 since one and half year with 127k kms on the clock.
Since I bought it already spent some money on it:
- Ignition
- EGR delete
- Gear box rebuilt
- Turbos repair
- Turbo hose

Now, new problem appear and I don’t see a solution for it, kindly ask for your support and ideas on the following:
Last 3 weeks I start the ignition and the car starts, idle stay lower then the 500rpm (stable), by pressing the gas pedal it don’t accelerate at all, is dead…20 seconds later, it go to the “normal” idle and it runs perfectly.
Yesterday I started it the rpm pointer run crazy between the 400rpm and 0rpm, it took 2 minutes to stabilize.
I have video of this behavior.
On the last weeks I drove the RR to the dealer and no error is diagnosed, also and this is weird at the dealer it never fail ☹…

Do you have any idea what can be wrong ?

Thanks a lot for your time and support.
Best regards
Pedro

Oil temperature sensors cause odd idle issues when they go faulty

Check the readings on live data to confirm Thumbs Up
