I am planning to do the trigger wire upgrade (wiring sketch below) using the method outlined by Ajmngn (Andy) this week and have a few remaining questions before I start:-

1) To access the starter motor do I just need to remove just the drivers wheel and wheel arch liner? Is there anything else I might need to remove to access the solenoid?

2) What is the best routing of the upgraded trigger wire through the engine bay?

3) What sort of connector/stud will I find at the starter motor (just to make sure I have something suitable on hand)?

Any other tips would be gratefully received.
