Car voltage reading low

Is it possible to recalibrate the voltage that a 2011 TDV8 reads from the battery? Mine is consistently 0.4volts lower than actual battery voltage when comparing the car technical screen data with a digital voltmeter across the battery terminals.
The consequence is that the car thinks it needs to protect the battery and shuts down the fuel burning heater after two minutes etc. it displays “Low battery voltage please start engine” when in truth there’s nothing wrong.
I had a genuine LR 90Ah battery on it. Today my Indy changed that for a Bosch AGM, I think 117Ah (need to check, it’s higher capacity anyway) and reset the car’s battery register to suit with to todays dat.e When still in the Indy yard up came the low battery voltage warning.
He’s flummmoxed so will call tech support. Any ideas?
