Turbos on the SDv8

I see it has a VNT and a fixed turbo

GTB-1756VK VNT
&
GT-1549+VTC

2 pretty small turbos,

Anyway, anyone know what VTC means? I have searched everywhere but info on the Engine & turbo set is very difficult to find. X5 40d

I cant download it as its too big for virus scan at work. P45 if I went ahead and download a virus Laughing Will try once home end of the week X5 40d
