I've seen a recommendation that all the injectors are done & even high pressure fuel pumps. If it were me, it'd be injectors unless the pumps were showing signs of wear/ weakness. |

Pumps were changed out when a wrencher stripped a thread and pump blew off the week I bought it. Expensive repair with engine out, new pumps and sump! |

No they didn’t, $10k bill. No chains seem ok but know will need done at some point. Like to get my ducks in a row, so just pre-empting things. Transmission oil change and new rotors next on list. |

Deebee, just changed the tensioners and tensioner chain guides on my 2012 HSE 5.0 NA. My chain guides showed the typical worn chain guide pattern. I did the LR approved zip tie short cut. I did change the water pump and all associated parts and new belts and numerous coolant hoses. Don’t go to Buckhead for parts, they were literally twice the list price on a few fill in parts I didn’t want to wait for.
