USB no longer charging my iphone

I use a USB cable, plugged into the USB port in the cubby box, to charge my iphone 13.

Everything perfect till yesterday, during a trip, it stop charging.

We have checked the cable with a battery pack and it works, we have also change cable... no chance.

Any advise?

Is there a specific fuse ?

Thanks

Tried charging another phone? Did your phone update?

Maybe just use a cigarette lighter fast charger? The USB in the car cannot charge at more than 5 watts. An iPhone 13 is designed to charge at 20 watts (would also charge 4x quicker). 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

Neither my old iPhone 10 or SWMBO's iPhone 8 would charge from the USB (2012 Westie). Apparently, the cubby box USB isn't designed for charging. I have a 512Gb USB stick in there and it works perfectly fine, so the socket is OK.

Phone charging is only done via a cigar plug USB thingy!! Whistle The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom Smile
