Entry and Exit mode dont working

Hi Everyone, first post on here..
I recently brought a L405 2019 Autobiography. Everything works as is apart from the Entry and Exit mode (even when set on “auto” on steering column)
I was wondering if any has had any issues before or knows to reset it?

Hi, 2020MY. Mine is set to Auto and raises the steering wheel once i open the door to exit. Current MY2020
Gone: 1 x L405 and 2 x L322's

Ive an idea you have to set the exit point in the settings no?

Hi, i didnt know you has to set the exit heights?? Hope do i do that?? Thought it was automatic. Ps apologies for the late reply.
