The drivers seat on my 2014 AB was sublime, but the 2020.5MY 20 way heated drivers seat doesn't seem to be as good.

I am 6'3" and the headrest at it's highest reach is at my neck level, not head height. Anyone have the same issue? Also, the seat doesn't seem to be as low as I remember. First world problem I know, but I remember the seating to be so much better before the 2018 facelift.

Or maybe anyone can recommend a suitable headrest pillow / support? Thanks Current MY2020

I completely agree. The seats are made for shorter back lengths and along with the head rest being as you describe, i find the seat rounding over the upper back.
