What courier for large car parts?

Hi gents,

Looking for a bit of advice. What company can I use to pick up a large car part for me? Specifically a side step.

Thanks,

Lewis

HI, I had the run around a few weeks ago for a set of wheels from Hereford area. Most seem to ban car parts. Side steps are Ladders, so Royal Mail Parcels will collect and deliver, just pack securely in cardboard, and label. One can get a better price through someone like Parcel Monkey. I did the wheels on a pallet for £67 through Palletline. Took me sometime to get the best deal.

APC Overnight might be able to help you and Paisley Freight for that matter. Thumbs Up

APC are decent to be fair, prices seem to range from £13 to £26 for stuff I’ve used (up to 7KG so far) but they only insure up to £100 they told me. That said, I’ve used them 5 times and all has been okay.

And I know automotive businesses that are using them daily to courier expensive car parts so they must be ok.
