Whilst driving home from Wales the sat nav took us on a weird route up a B road which was just wide enough for L322 in some places with trees and hedges all along, when we came to the top and out into the open we where greeted by this view of Snowdon, absolutley amazing. Its not often that a wrong turn is welcomed.

I haven’t lived in the North Wales area very long , but I am still in awe of some of the views I find every time I get out for an exploratory drive.

The satnav in my old D4 always seemed keen to route that way, I used to use a caravan on brynteg park at the bottom of the road up. It’s a steep drop into the back of Llanberis isn’t it! FFRR SDV8 Autobiography

Our daughter lives in Llanberis so we visit very regularly but this gem of a road is news to me. I will have to find it on my visit next week., it will also save waiting in the four sets of temporary traffic lights currently on the main road between the new roundabout and the centre of Llanberis.

I got to drive over this road last week and wasn’t disappointed, a bit dodgy in one section with overhanging trees, but fine in daylight.
