Could anyone give me a heads up as to what's missing here please

The DVD rom for the sat nav, and the Nokia Bluetooth (top box with the hole in the centre) has long failed and the fibre optic cable bridged.

Yes, you can buy the drives from salvage vehicles, however there isn't really any point it's obsolete technology, and the maps will be 15 years out of date.

For the Bluetooth, the unit can be replaced. There's numerous threads on here about swapping the Bluetooth unit for the one from a 2010 vehicle or Land Rover Discovery 4. 2015 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SDV8

You can get later discs modified to work with the Denso Nav. system, I think 2018 is the latest. The later bluetooth module is a worthwhile upgrade, the one I got was listed as Range Rover Sport with an assembly number of AH42-10F845-AA
