Dim high brake light

Have not fixed my noise problem in the front yet and recognized a new issue in the back.

The third, high brake light is very dim when actuated - barely recognizable, with two LEDs not working at all. What gives me hope is that it still does something, so might be a cold soldering?

Anybody has experience with this topic? I guess there is a respective ECU for the brake lights...if so, where could it be?

Thanks for any advice Smile TDV8 4.4 MY2012 Vogue Trim

I would take the light off the car and look for any corrosion caused by water leakage. Thumbs Up

I had 2 LED go. Relaxed with a new one. Just noticed it has water drops in it a few years later 🙄 Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"
