Help! 3.6 tdv8 crank no start after rebuild

Hi everyone. Desperately in need of a solution. I recently bought a 2009 RR Wstminister 3.6 that had a coolant leak, overheated and blew the head gasket. The previous owner flat bedded it to my garage and it stayed there for 1 month as I sought out a new pair of cylinder heads, pistons, rings, bearings and hoses.
The car cranked and started and had power to get on and off the flat bed. Fast forward to after the rebuild: car cranks but doesn't start. A little easy start gets it running then cuts out.
Errors
1) Low pressure on common rail. High pressure pump has been replaced with a new part. No errors on that now. Also replaced common rail pressure sensor
2) MAF circuit A & B low - haven't replaced these
3) generator field circuit low - alternator tested and seems to be okay
Still doesn't start and run on its own. Work was done by a team of mechanics working out of an RR garage in Cape Town
Any thoughts and tech advice will be highly appreciated

Assuming it's been properly bled through on the low pressure side and the low pressure pump reset, I'd investigate the reason the MAF's are showing a circuit low DTC - could it be that the 5V supply is missing due to a blown supply fuse? Also check that any harness ground points have been reconnected. Any sensor values that don't seem plausible or are setting a DTC need investigating - you won't get the injectors to trigger if it doesn't know how much or if any air is being drawn in. Same goes for crank/camshaft position sensors, if it doesn't know the engine is rotating....

Great, thanks... I'll have these checked and update.
