Pedal lock box security thingies

Anyone using one of these things or know much about them?

I already use a steering wheel lock but with a full fat and a BMW X something both stolen a bit too close to home recently, looking to add a bit more visual deterrent. Chris

Over on Defender.net a few folks had this - https://www.mudstuff.co.uk/products/ardcase-pedal-lock

Many went for quick release steering wheel. No airbag on Landy’s until recent model.
Also good old steering wheel cover / lock are popular.

Also ODB port cover lock. Or even disable it as some owners have done.

I ensure SWMBO’s car blocks the Landy in every night and if she’s awAy I park the FFRR behind it. Thumbs Up

England

I have one for the my disco 4. It’s usually parked up and used only weekends so didn’t find it much of a faff putting it on and off. The past week I’ve used the car everyday for work and honestly got into the habit fairly quickly. It’s a robust piece of kit, the only thing is that you have to really look to see it’s in use and I’m a little sceptical that if they have gone through the effort to get into the car, then come across the lock, that are they then going to come into the house for the key? Maybe me over thinking but there are some pretty low life’s out there.
