How to disable Superlock??

Have a 2008 3.6 Vogue.
Have searched here and in the owners manual but can't find any clear guidance on how to disable Superlock. Anybody know? All the best
Chris

I don't want to get locked out of the car if the battery drains. I have just solved (I hope!!) a battery drain problem, so just want to disable the feature until I am satisfied that the battery drain is fixed.

From reading the manual the double click on the remote disables the internal motion sensor, it doesn't mention the Superlocking being disabled.

Does the double click disable superlock on later models? Mine is a 2008. All the best

Hi,

I think that to enable the superlock you have to press the lock button twice so it should be disabled by default as long as you only press lock once after it's unlocked unless it's set in the CCM.

The one press superlock is enabled / disabled in the GAP IID tool, if single press superlock is enabled in the CCM then I'm afraid your stuck with it until you disable it back to default using the GAP tool.

On mine I had it enabled but disabled it because for some reason with the sunroof open on tilt in the heat the alarm went off all the time, but with it disabled it doesn't do that, but I can still superlock by the double press method with the roof closed when necessary.

Thanks Andy,
Sat in the car and locked it with one press of the button and Superlock is enabled, couldn't open any of the doors from the inside. Double clicks on the remote did not disable it.
It's going into an Indy for some work in a week or so so I'll ask them to disable Superlock on one click of the remote for me. All the best
Chris
