Range Rover 2010 5.0L V8 Trolley Jacking Points

Hi All,

I'm trying to understand where I can safely lift the car using a trolley jack. The attached shows the front and rear areas to position a trolley jack but I don't really see where these areas are from the drawing. Does anyone have actual photos of the underside showing the precise jacking locations.

I have side steps which means I can't easily use the regular jacking pads.

Many thanks.

Regards,

What are you trying to achieve, lift the body or lift the wheels?

I've never had an issue with jacking under the lower wishbones. My trolley jack sits neatly into the cup where the bolt goes so no risk of sliding off. Ed

I just used to leave the backdoor slightly ajar so that the steps stayed deployed and used the std jacking points. Simples. Doesn't work with soft close on the 405 obvs! Mike - MPx

It's very obvious if you get under the vehicle. Right in the middle of the lower wishbone on the rear there's a recessed hole with a socking great big nut on it that's what I'm on about. Ed
