Has to replace mine last year and checked all of them. There are 2 running along the nearside from front arch to rear subframe. They are hidden by a plastic panel next to the nearside sill. Mine were so corroded they came out in 4 pieces without any effort. Worth checking them while you are at it.

It cost a fortune if you use original pipes as you have to strip out a lot of extra stuff, this type of job is easily done by any garage and if they use a roll of copper/nickel pipe and make the pipes themselves it is a much quicker job... you need original flexis but copies are available to keep the price down... MrBlonde, try Phil at P C Automotive in Maldon 01621855221. I've used him for suspension bushes before I made a press. Very experienced Land Rover mechanic, reasonable prices and drives an L322.

Hi Haylands, many thanks for that. I’ll try a few local garages. I used a metre of copper/nickel a couple of years ago to do a repair under the passenger side sill. Guess the local Indy quoted for doing it with genuine pipes.
