Just been in a vehicle with an aftermarket Apple Play type thingy and was impressed with how simple it was to get functionality from my own iPhone.

What would it cost to put a decent one in our 2014.25 MY L405 and is it worth it (doubtless loads of threads about this but just trying for a quick post & reply to assess what’s what)?

about £500'ish for an integrated system that uses the original screen or a tablet type [like a sat nav] which keeps all the OE alone..

these units come with windscreen sucker mounts..mine is fixed [heath kit style] to the front vents and the cables are tucked into the trim ... ... - .- -.

100% worth it. I only use CarPlay and Amazon Music.
