Transfer box strip and rebuild

My L322 (2007 3.6 TDV8) has, I think, an HV57 transfer box which is making a lot of noise from suspected worn bearings. Can anybody please point me to a source giving a step-by-step guide on how to replace bearings. Thanks.

You have an ITC Magna Steyr DD295 transfer box. This transfer box is so easy to rebuild that Land Rover even allow their technicians to do it. In fact, even I managed it:
