Whumpf whumpf noise at 50mph

I have been chasing this noise for a while and have mostly gotten rid of it with two new wheel bearings (again) but it is there faintly also there is a shudder in the brakes on really hard braking its not big but enough to feel it and there is a drone to accompany it. I am trying to work out what is knocking out the bearings - upper and lower arms are new wheels were changed a month ago to winters and no change new discs and pads - no change and all original parts - wondering if it is a sticking caliber or front diff any thoughts chaps?
