Might be worth disconnecting the battery positive and negative leads for 10 minutes (minimum) then touching the positive and negative leads together for 30 seconds and reconnect them to the battery. This will carry out a reset of the ECU's and might resolve the issue for you. 2011 TDV8 Vogue SE |

You'll lose the time/date and any other personal settings you may have such as one touch windows and radios stations etc. Do you have a secondary battery in the boot/trunk? 2011 TDV8 Vogue SE |

We don't really have any personal items set up so no worries there.

Check the voltage when the engine is running, should be around 14.5volts, Then check the battery voltage about 30 mins after switching off, then test again a day later and see how much the voltage has dropped, it could be a parasitic drain causing your problems. Pete

The 2013 doesn’t have a secondary battery as there is start-stop. |

to check to see if you do have an aux battery, look inside the rear right panel [as you stand at the back looking towards the front] ... - .- -.
