L405 DSC question

Got my 2016 stuck in the snow yesterday and may have inadvertently turned off the DSC. In noticed some noises from the middle of the car to the back when making slow left and right turns. Have it back on now and it seems to have stopped? Could the DSC have caused the noise? Thanks in advance!
