2011 Range Rover 5.0 SC - Started getting Engine System Fault on startup. Only new code IID tool is showing is the following:

B108B-23 (2F) Start button circuit A - General signal failure - signal stays low

Anyone experience this before? I assumed it was the battery and replaced that, but no dice. Any suggestions besides throwing parts at it? (LR050802 Solenoid Control Keyless Start And Stop Button). Truck seems to be starting and driving just fine.
