2006 SC transplant into 2006 HSE advise needed

I had a US 2006 SC that got into an accident and I decided to keep it for a future transplant. It was in perfect condition inside and out before the accident. Ive found a worthy recipient in the form of a 2006 HSE. The HSE drives and runs beautifully and I am ready to start with the transplant. I am handy and own a Gap IID tool. The plan is to start transplaning the interior like seats and then drivetrain lastly. I also need to transfer body components such as bumpers, doors and tailgate.
I guess my apprehension is when I start running into alarm components and security components that would cause a no start or render the car inoperable.
Any tjhoughts and advise??? TIA
