Brake fluid change; vacuum or pressure bleeding?

Hi everyone,

I’ll be replacing my brake fluid in my ’09 Range Rover L322 not too far from now. I ordered the Mityvac MV7105 and they have accessories for brake bleeding using either vacuum (attach at bleed nipple on caliper and suck) or pressure (connect to brake fluid reservoir and push).

Any thoughts pro/con to either method? I don’t mind if one way takes a bit longer since time really isn’t an issue. I’m more interested in which would do a better job. Or, maybe the L322, with anti-lock brakes, is better done one way or the other. I’ve heard that there’s some special procedure to bleed the fluid in the ABS pump.

I did search the forum for prior threads but haven't found any info about vacuum/pressure bleeding nor about how to do the ABS pump too.

Thanks again!
