I got one from fleabay that was meant for a BMW, and was supposed to be original but when I got it it didn't have and part numbers (BMW) on the side, It did fit and its working so far, that was a few months ago.... Still seem to get same soft codes on scanner, as long as it works....its winter on the other side. 😢 |

Well worth the extra price for a genuine one unless you like changing them... mind you it doesn't take that long to change... IMHO the pattern ones don't last long... you maybe lucky though...... |

I had a couple of cheapies that worked but prevented full shutdown.

I fitted a Meyle 314 880 0000 to my 2012 model about 3 years ago and it’s been fine. It is specifically for BMW X3/5 but is identical to the JLR part they cost about £36. 2012 tdv8 Westminster arrived Jan 19 gone Dec 23
