I had the HVAC sides off today to replace a clicking blend motor and had an idea to fix ElectroLuminecence wire to the edge of the panel to see what it looked like. I had 2x 1mtr lengths in a draw so with a hot glue gun fixed the strip where required and pushed the retaining edge in between the wood trim and edge. Easily connected to the fusebox in the glovebox with an add-a-fuse on an ignition switched location. What do you think, it can just as easily be removed with no trace, I will leave it for the time being. Only a couple of pounds per side and adds a subtle blue glow to the footwell

Had them custom-made via Aliexpress. Diamond quiled, lots of colourways. they are great and cheap enough. seem to be very durable and easy to clean. there are loads of sellers, chose one who will add a logo.. about 40 pounds front and back.
