If you have access to a diagnostic tool that can graph engine rpm then graph rpm from before starting to idling to check that the rpm isn't momentarily dropping to zero which would indicate a faulty crankshaft position sensor. It's such an easy check that it should be the first action whenever chasing the cause of starting or low rpm faults. |

Been to Indy this morning and the fault code when check against LR database along with symptoms is suggesting wiring fault on fuel pump registering too high a pressure. Parts are only £40 plus hour fitting so trying that first.
